Hydrogen is essential for decarbonizing heavy industry and transport, but 95% of it is still produced from fossil fuels, emitting over 800 million tons (Mt) of CO₂ annually. Existing clean technologies are either too costly, inefficient, or reliant on critical raw materials. This blocks the scale-up of green hydrogen, a key pillar for achieving global net-zero targets.
Antares develops high-efficiency, low-CAPEX AEM electrolyzer stacks that enable sustainable production of green hydrogen and e-fuels. Our technology combines the performance of PEM with the affordability of alkaline systems, unlocking clean molecule generation without critical raw materials and making decentralized, zero-emission production viable at scale.

Our efficient, low-cost electrolyzers enable delocalized green hydrogen and e-fuels production, supporting a more resilient, decentralized, and secure energy policy while reducing dependency on fossil imports and lowering operational costs.
Antares provides high-efficiency, low-CAPEX AEM stacks—the core "engine" of the electrolyzer—enabling manufacturers to deliver cheaper green hydrogen to end-users. By supplying only the stack, we lower the barrier for new players to enter the electrolyzer market, removing the need to develop deep tech internally and accelerating the growth of the green hydrogen economy.
